I exacly know what the first part of the inscription says. All I want to know is the formula for the spell penetration ratio to... resistance or magic spell damage reduction. (Like I said, the difference between 5.0 and 25.0 rockbiter)

To translate for those who don't get the logics:

Victims resistance is first reduced by penetration, which is your spell penetration eva!

If positive damage reduction is then resistance/(resistance+(1.6*level+6)).

If negative damage reduction is then -resistance/(-resistance+(1.6*level+6)).

Should also answer the other question :) You can indeed reduce to less than 0 for increased damage.

Does the fury t4, rampage(?) talent go off from the following things:

Damage done by bladestorm
damage done with whirlwind
damage done with thunderclap
damage done with heroic leap

Q: does landslide weapon enchant effect stack when in both 1h weapons (10% change for 15 ap for 10 secs)? In any way ( doubling chance or doubling + AP)or both or does it stack at all?

Answer: same kind of enchants atleast to weapon doesnt stack at least on received effect(landlside+landslide) but different ones do (ex. landslide+windwalk)

Correct, though I'll answer with better wording so it is less confusing later if anyone else reads it.

Duplicate enchantment special effects do not stack.  (This means you Landslide x2)
