So I want to buy new PC and I need help what parts to buy :)
I saw Stinky made a post on his new PC or something like that and I went to check in
http://uk.pcpartpick...parts/partlist/
I hope they deliver to Bulgaria or to find the parts you help me to choose in here :D
I want something good for gaming and kinda cheaper :P
Here are few parts that pointed in my eye:
http://uk.pcpartpick...u-ad679kwohlbox
http://uk.pcpartpick...d-drive-0j11562
http://uk.pcpartpick...ard-04gp42647kr
I don't know almost anything about PC parts so I decided to come and ask for help.

Don't have to follow it to a tee, but it gives you a good idea.

Indeed 400 dollar is not much, but I highly doubt you will even get a decent computer for that price, coming from a newbie.

After playing cs:go I can't stand less than 120fps in cs, probably any FPS game ^^

I called for it, someone was going to pick up on that and start a debate. Fact of the matter is that there are 2 versions to the story: Yes and no.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired.

Yes, but your human eye does not move mouse.

Matter of fact that is bullshit. Like saying that hanging CD on your windscreen saves you from speed radars. One opinion is bullshit, another is observable fact.

Indeed let us not start the debate, because the truth is - FPS is not only frames per second, but a time takes computer to respond to human's input.

Explaining:
0.0 sec, picture is drawn, you want to aim at enemy.
0.05 you move mouse precisely to the location you think it should be
0.055 the screen is updated with new viewport, where aim is where you wished.
0.06 your brain analysed new picture.

that time between 0.05 and 0.055 defines responsiveness, 0.005 seconds delta means 200 FPS, yes your human eye would not notice screen 'shaking' if it is more than 60 FPS, but imagine it is 30 FPS, human eye is OK with 30 FPS too, and then it will be:
0.05 sec when mouse is moved
0.08 sec when new picture is drawn
0.085 your brain analysed new picture. Grats, you lost 0.015 seconds due to fps.

When you hear the 30 or 60 fps argument, it usually comes from console fanboys, who do not have mouse and have to defend their game consoles lacking computational power. Without mouse you will feel the need of FPS a lot less, but you can feel the difference with racing games too. Low FPS will leave you a distate in a mouth that the car responds unnaturally slow, and it is hard to start turning left/right and stop in a right time

So please, be smart when this topic is discussed once again.

very opinionated, but I respect them for suggesting SeaSonic as PSU. high quality PSU is a must.

PartyFish, $400 PC is not gaming PC, it is an office PC. You will be disappointed, and feel betrayed if you try playing modern game on it. You at least need to add there a graphics adapter for $100.

Though thanks to CPU's being driven by marketing guys, there is now grapics card inside of CPU, hence you can proceed as it is now (without external GPU), notice how much it sucks, and spend another $100 buying graphics adapter.

Also just going to mention that if Zallan has a 120hz monitor, 120 fps feels better on it than 60fps.
http://www.testufo.c...test=framerates (If you have a 120hz monitor the 120fps option is automatically added, if you don't it's not a part of the test.)

too busy to pre-format the information we are supposed to spend our time on judging it?
Too bad, because we neither want to spend extra time.
