I have not already read/seen all the current glyphs so if these are in anyway like current ones let me know and I'll remove it.

Warrior(Already has decent glyphs)
----------
>"Rage Hunger"- Increase rage generation by 10%

Rogue
---------
>"Sinister Strike"- Increase sinister strike damage by 15% but increases cool down by .2 seconds.
>"Extended Evade"- Increases duration of Evade by .5 seconds but increases cooldown by 25 seconds.
>"Eternal Speed"- Increases movement speed by 10% at all times however you no longer have the spell sprint.
>"Life Strike"- Your sinister strike now gives you 5% of the damage dealt as life.

Monk(Current monk glyphs kinda lame)
-------
>"Expel Harm"- Your expel harm now heals for 35% more but no longer heals a secondary target.
>"Fists of Fury"- Your fists of fury no longer has a cost of chi but instead costs 65 energy and has a 45 second cool down.
>"Fists of Parry"- While in fists of fury your parry chance is increased by 15%

Shaman
-----------
>"Glyph of  Wild Fire"- Your flame shock now deals 15% less damage but spreads to up to 2 nearby enemies
>"Glyph of Shock"- Your earth shock deals 15% more damage but no longer silences the enemy.

Warlock
----------
>"Harvest Soul"- You can now harvest soul during combat but it heals for 15%(10% maybe?) per soul rather than 20%
>"Annoying Inferno"- Your inferno has 5% increased armor, health, and movement speed
>"Extended Life"- Your life drain now heals 7.5% more per tick.

Mage
-------
>"Frequent Blink"- Blink is now on a 5 second shorter cooldown.
>"Cauterize Bomb"- You heal for 5% of the damage of living bomb.
>"Ice Barrier"- Upon breaking makes you immune to all attacks for .5 seconds however no longer freezes near by enemies.

Priest
-------
>"Shadow Word:Death"- Shadow Word:Death no longer damages you if it doesnt kill the player.
>"Vampiric Embrace"- Now heals for 15% more
>"Shadow Form"- Heals can now be casted in shadow form at a cost of 20% more mana per heal.
>"Healing Power"(Disc/Holy only)- Increased healing by 10%

DK
-----
>"Diseased"- Plagues/Diseases now deal 5% more damage

Paladin
---------
>"Bubble Explosion"- At the end of your Divine Shield it bursts dealing 20 damage to all nearby enemies and healing you for 10% of the damage done however decreases time of bubble by 2 seconds.
>"Judgement Power"- Increased judgement damage by 7.5% but increase mana cost by 15%

NO. So broken, btw :D Evade is already semi-broken with combat rogue (extended period) and then 5 more seconds of the demigod mode? Hrrrrrr.
Some tradeoffs you suggested were off of balance (granted they were only suggestions, that can be easily fixed) where as some of the glyphs would only add power - and not even a small amount of it (where as some would do minuscule things). Rogue should not get Life Strike IMO since rogue should remain the last class with no ways of healing >"Glyph of Shock"- Your earth shock deals

"15% more damage but no longer silences the enemy." is pretty weak, as earth shock does not deal that grand of damage where as the silence is the main feat of it. Would be rather better with the other way around (no damage, longer silence) but that could make it a bit too stronk.

Evade was suppose to be .5 my bad on that

I would like to dump all the +X for +Y cooldown ideas, that is a huge way to break dynamic game.

Over years wowmod gradually evolved form long cooldowns to shorter, because long cooldowns were causing lots of camping, and "1 fight, 30 sec wait" strategies.

And honestly these ideas are also not interesting at all, you want to impress is with ideas? Then think harder! :)

How you thought scaling dmg of fist of fury? since atm it scales from Chi used, as i know

Didnt even think about the camping part of it gotcha.

So Glyph ideas should mostly be :

A) Adds another effect that doesn't give a very huge advantage

B) Adds new or side-effect
super hyphy (no sound) : stinky, can u make 82 uncommons better than 78 epics
Stinkyfax :i can make my mum better than your GF
