Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired.

So we should be getting real close to the ultimate top now, or well, we probably topped out already but we had this crazy rally over the last week, and the price is probably going to turn back down after testing one of the lower price levels. My goal is to short the e-mini S&P500 futures contracts at around 1968-71 with a 0,5% stop loss, however I don't really think it should break up through 1971 if my view is correct, so you can use a smaller stop loss. My biggest worry is that we won't get all the way there. These contracts are leveraged 25:1, so you have to put up $5000 for a $100000 contract. The ultimate target is 450-500 within 2-3 years, but it's of course impossible to know for certain. So what you risk per contract is 0.05x$100000=$500, and the potential profit is 0.75x$100000=$75000 per contract if the index value declines by 75%, which is a pretty good risk to reward ratio in my view.

This can also be done by shorting the ETF ticker SPY, which doesn't offer any leverage.
